At Lil, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer returns and replacements under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Process

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or replacement request.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
